Titchfield, Fareham

This particular project is drawing to a close. Above shows the building as it was when we got there. Another couple of builders had priced the project and then walked away from it. The Theatre, which is one of the largest amateur theatre grounds in the country achieved planning permission from Fareham Borough Council to improve the facilities and gain some more space. Initially we had the scaffold erected.

As you can see it was quite a bit of scaffold which had to be designed to allow for the later installation of Steelwork for the new entrance. We then set about getting the old UPVC windows out and replacing them with new Anthracite Coloured Aluminium windows. Installing a new Mansard Roof with custom leadwork and new dormers all traditionally finished in lead.

Titchfield Festival Theatre is also a Registered Charity and we should mention at this point that this build, to the standards the Theatre desired was only possible with the kind assistance of the following suppliers

Works progressed and at week 13 we have carried out the following:
Ground Works & New Drainage
Installation of Structural Steelwork
Installation of Mansard Roof
New Foyer area
Constructed an Art Deco Ticket Booth
Installed new windows and doors
Designed, Built & Cladded New Box Gutter system
Installed new ground floor kitchen facilities, new disabled toilet, new ladies & gents toilets. As well as a full internal refurbishment and fit out from top to bottom including all trades
