Solent Drive, Warsash
This was an extensive refurbishment of a 1960 detached property in Warsash.
The images show the property as it was before work commenced. It took a little over a day to demolish the garages and clear the ground and remove waste to safe place of disposal. Then work began in earnest.
A sizeable annexe was created with an integral garage, underfloor heating, kitchen and bathroom all supplied and fitted the original skin of the old part of the house was taken down and rebuilt in brick to match the new annexe. The existing roof of the old house was taken off and replaced with new to match the annexe.
The main house was extensively modernised with a complete re-layout of the rooms and facilities.
