The client here requested a single storey extension to the rear of his property to include the uplifting and re-laying of the patio, the uplift and re-siting of the hot tub and the relocation and upgrading of the boiler and heating system.

We knocked through from the existing kitchen, moved electrics, installed a set of bi-fold doors, fascias, soffits, rainwater goods, velux windows and roof coverings brought to a plaster finish with full electric and gas sign off.
